Should you choose to contact us using the contact form on our site, send us an email or fill in a review on our review page, your name and email will be stored by this website. Your details will not be passed to/ be processed by any third party. Before sending us any information please check and confirm your own mail programs security protocols and level.

Missed appointments then have the following statement

The Bexley Foot Clinic will charge the full amount for any missed appointments or late cancelation.

Requests for changes to appointment times or canceling an existing appointment

The Bexley Foot Clinic and it’s associates require at least 24h notice from a client of they wish to either change or cancel an existing appointment. Failure to do so may result in a fee being levied anywhere up to the full appointment fee as specified at the time when the initial booking was made.
